Making the Most of Your Sprint
Skim the Sprint Planning section of The Interactive Scrum Guide and identify the most important takeaways for the purpose of Sprint Planning and for the 3 topics.

You have a limited number of salvaged items:
Your Product Goal is to survive and reach civilization. You have one Sprint (simulated by this activity) to gather resources and make a plan.
Define a Sprint Goal, e.g. "Secure a water source and establish a temporary shelter."
Select the items (Product Backlog Items) you will focus on for the Sprint.
Create a rough plan (Sprint Backlog) for how you will use those items to achieve the Sprint Goal.
Walk around the room and review the other teams' Sprint Backlogs.
Using sticky notes, provide constructive feedback - one positive comment and one suggestion for improvement - on at least two other teams' plans.
